Tommy Jones started his twenty-five-year real estate career as a loan officer. Over that time frame, he has helped thousands of families achieve the dream of homeownership. Called a “Facilitator of Dreams” by his peers, Tommy has been an advocate for those who dream of achieving radical goals. Whether his clients are first-time homebuyers or seasoned investors, Tommy’s approach is the same, which is to provide a seamless customized plan to meet the needs of his clients. Tommy is a highly decorated recipient of numerous company and industry awards for his expertise and exceptional service.
Tommy Jones has an innate talent for speaking and inspires based on his mantra “Your dreams are worth your pursuit”. In 2017 he launched a real estate mastermind group that helped educate and inspire over twelve hundred real estate professionals in its first year of existence. This initiative spurred multiple speaking engagements and afforded him the opportunity to share platforms with industry giants such as Les Brown and Lisa Nichols. In 2022 Tommy authored his first book, a how-to guide for anyone wanting to learn how to flip a property, the book is titled “Wealth Through Real Estate.”
In 2021 the Wealth Through Real Estate mentoring program was birthed. WTRE is a nine-month training program that teaches how to find, fix, and flip homes for a profit. The program teaches students the power of investing in real estate which can produce income and tax advantages. In 2022 a commercial division was added to the WTRE platform, which allows advanced students to learn about and invest in multi-family projects. Mr. Jones owns over 600 apartment units and counting.
